The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) has gotten a lot of attention these last few months and it may get more national attention over the months. If it passes, the likelihood that your company will become unionized increases dramatically. As a prudent business person, you need to be aware of such developing trends. This is especially true now that former Republican Arlen Specter has switched parties and caused the Senate to be one vote away from being filibuster-poof.
