Our busy law firm is looking for an energetic, reliable, organized, fast learner with attention to detail to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering telephones; Providing administrative support to Managing Partner; Typing and proofreading correspondence; Scheduling and calendar management; Managing travel arrangements; Preparing expense reports; Filing, copying, scanning and file management; Coordinating internal and external meetings; Greeting visitors; Providing general administrative support.
Successful candidates should have 2 – 4 years of business office experience and must possess excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail, strong time management and prioritization skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills, in addition to handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines. Applicants must be motivated self-starters with the ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
A strong working knowledge of MS Office and computer applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, a must. Previous legal office experience, knowledge of Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, QuickBooks and ACT! a plus.
