On August 1st, Robert Brody spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 6th Annual Forum on Defending and Managing Employment Discrimination Litigation that took place at the Carlton Hotel in New York City. Bob was joined by the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board’s Brooklyn Office and another management attorney in presenting the seminar entitled Social Media and Employment Law: Best Practices for Managing and Defending Against Claims of Unfair Company Social Media Policy. Abby Warren also attended the conference.
Abby Warren was recently appointed Secretary of the Human Resource Council of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. The Council is made of up of human resource professionals and providers committed to educating GNHCC members and the community on various issues impacting human resource personnel including diversity, wage payment, the hiring and termination process, job performance, and benefits.
