Associate Positions

Attorney (1 -3 years experience)

Brody and Associates, LLC a boutique labor, employment and benefits law Firm in Westport, Connecticut seeks an attorney with 1 – 3 years of legal practice to join our Team.  Experience counseling clients on labor, employment and benefits law matters preferred, but not required. 

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, diligent, self-starter with strong academic credentials, keen organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.   Applicants should possess excellent communication and writing skills.  We will train the right candidate with a “can do” work ethic who isn’t satisfied until the job is complete.

You will have extensive training and be mentored by our Founding Partner, who served as a Managing Partner at one of the largest Labor and Employment firms in the country.      

Admission to Connecticut Bar and New York Bar (preferred).

  • A Cover Letter describing why you are interested and why you are a match for the position.  Also include a description of your experience, Law School Class rank and GPA, as well as interests outside of practicing law;
